What do WE do?

  1. We take the booking
  2. We take full payment
  3. We allocate the inspector
  4. We pay you

What do YOU do?

  1. Firstly, it is free to you. We take our booking fee before paying you.
  2. You “easily” choose when you're available. (1 or 80 hours per week. It is up to you.)
  3. You change your schedule/availability when you might get other jobs. (In a few clicks you update that you are not available for those 2 hours or perhaps an entire day or week. It is up to you.)
  4. You receive the booking and the payment.
  5. You do the inspection and do what you do best – inspect.

We know the hassles of the industry and the inherent booking process difficulties. We have built this website for the benefit of both parties.

Our private home-owner clients are delighted to be able to book, pay and confirm.

Our Inspectors are jumping for joy as the bookings just come in as designed to fill the gaps between other jobs.
